Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund and the Farm-to-Consumer Foundation have teamed up to bring you the most dynamic program on sustainable agriculture, ever!

The theme of this year's conference is food politics and we will explore the politics of GMOs, Food Safety, School Lunches, and hear from social media experts how to build grass roots support for the farm-to-consumer direct sales.

  • Tour two farms in beautiful Amish Country, Miller’s Organic Farm, Bird-in-Hand, PA  which specializes in dairy products from Jersey and Brown Swiss cows, pastured meats, lacto-fermented vegetables and sourdough breads.
  • Plus, Miller’s Natural Foods, another Amish farm with a large store.  It uses no electricity, relying on skylights and natural-gas powered lamps and refrigerators. They carry an impressive array of local foods, and natural health supplies.
