Restore Herdshares & Property Rights in Utah

 

Utah House Bill 104 (HB 104), Cow-Share Program Amendmentswould restore property rights and allow herdshares in Utah that were outlawed in 2007.

 

HB 104 will be heard before the House Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Committee on February 6, 2015 at 2 p.m.
