Support Freedom for Virginian FarmersFood Safety

Please contact every Senate Agriculture Committee member (listed below) and tell them that you want HB 1430 to pass. Please ask all of your contacts to do the same.

HB 1430 will protect the rights of property owners and farmers, like Martha Boneta, and is a leap forward in keeping government out of every aspect of our lives!

We need to show the Senate Agriculture Committee the power of this movement. Take Action!

About the Bill:

HB 1430 passed in the House on February 4 by a vote of 77 to 22; it was assigned to the Senate Agriculture, Chesapeake, and Natural Resources Committee on February 5.
