The Joint Commission on Administrative Rules voted unanimously

Defending the rights and broadening the freedoms of family farms and protecting
consumer access to raw milk and nutrient dense foods.

UPDATE: The Joint Commission on Administrative Rules voted unanimously on Thursday, September 11, to consent to suspend the effective date of the scrapie regulations for goats and sheep until after the 2009 General Assembly Session. The Governor must concur for the suspension to happen.

ACTION: PLEASE EMAIL AND CALL THE GOVERNOR IMMEDIATELY AND ASK HIM TO: “Please concur with the Joint Commission’s decision to suspend 2VAC5-206, Regulations for Scrapie Eradication.”
