Ask your legislators to vote YES on HB 1089 to clarify the meaning of "agricultural products."
1. Sign the online petition at www.bit.ly/ftc-va2 to email all members of the sub-committee.
2. Attend the public hearing scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 2014 at 7 a.m. in the West Conference Room, General Assembly Building 7th Floor 1000 Bank Street, Richmond, VA 23218. 3. Follow up with phone calls and emails to all the House Subcommittee Members and ask your legislators to support HB 1089 (contact info below).
When you call or write, please emphasize that you want them to support small farmers by supporting this bill: "House Bill 1089: Zoning; clarifies definition of agricultural products."
