Karen Lyke, MS, CCN holds an MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. She is a Board Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CCN), and a Diplomat in Advanced Nutritional Laboratory Assessment (DANLA). She has taught nutrition and anatomy and physiology to massage therapy students at the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts and at Edgewood College of Oriental Medicine, Norcross, GA, and has been a guest lecturer in biochemistry at Mercer University’s Southern School of Pharmacy. Karen is a former board member of CAMA (the Complementary & Alternative Medical Association). Karen has extensive experience with food-based wellness programs and is teaching the Weston A. Price Foundation certification courses at Hawthorn University.
