Kaayla T. Daniel, PhD, CCN, is The Naughty Nutritionist™ because of her ability to outrageously and humorously debunk nutritional myths. A popular guest on radio and television, she has appeared on The Dr Oz Show, ABC's View from the Bay, NPR's People's Pharmacy and numerous other shows. Her own radio show, "Naughty Nutrition with Dr. Kaayla Daniel," launches this month on World of Women (WOW) Radio.  Dr Daniel is the author of The Whole Soy Story: The Dark Side of America's Favorite Health Food, a popular speaker at Wise Traditions and other conferences, a Board Member of the Weston A. Sylvia Onusic

Sylvia Onusic, a nutritionist and writer/journalist, spoke at Wise Traditions 2010 on "Traditional Foodways of Slovenia." She is an active and valuable contributor to hartkeisonline.com; in 2009, "Milk-o-Matic" was one of the most visited stories on the website.

Dr. Onusic holds a B.S in Foods and Nutrition, an M.S. in the field of Health Administration and Policy, and a Ph.D. in Public Health Education. She also  completed dietetic studies at Penn State University.

Sylvia went as a Fulbright Scholar to the Republic of Slovenia in the field of Public Health; there she completed her research while working at the National Institute of Public Health of Slovenia.
