Kristin and Jim Canty Host Winter Fundraiser
KUDOS! go to Kristin and Jim Canty of Concord, Massachusetts, for hosting a Winter Fund-raiser in their home, to benefit Northeast Organic Farmer's Association Massachusetts Chapter (NOFA/Mass) and the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund.

Guests dined on a gourmet meal featuring beef terryaki, chicken sate, fish cakes, roasted root vegetables, chicken liver pate, and winter vegetable soup, all made Nourishing Traditions style.  They drank raw milk and kombucha out of martini glasses. Sally Fallon Morell, President of the Weston A. Price Foundation and Secretary, Board of Directors for the Fund donated her time with a talk on the history and safety of raw milk.

$10,000.00 was raised, which was split by NOFA/Mass and FTCLDF.
