Set in scenic and historic Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, Food Freedom Fest is two days of celebrating food freedom and meeting with others who share the same passions. 
Enjoy three events* and five meals! 
 
FRIDAY, Sept. 5
*Inaugural Food Freedom Conference (7 a.m.-4 p.m.) - Locally-grown, nutrient-dense meals and an engaging conference featuring passionate food freedom activists at the Stonewall Jackson Hotel in Staunton, Virginia. Hone your activist skills and network with others.

Enhance your Food Freedom Fest experience:
VIP Reception (5-6:30 p.m.) - Meet Joel and Teresa Salatin plus other food rights celebrities at this intimate VIP party, featuring local food appetizers and a beverage selection including local wine and beer. Add this event while space available for just $125.

*Local Food Street Fair (6-9 p.m.) - Staunton will honor Virginia's own, Joel Salatin. This is a free event open to the public featuring local vendors and live entertainment in beautiful downtown Staunton, Virginia.

SATURDAY, Sept. 6 

*Deluxe Tour of Polyface Farm (8 a.m.-4 p.m.) - Farm breakfast followed by a premium 2.5-hour 
tractor-pulled haywagon tour of one of America's most innovative sustainable agriculture projects plus a farm feast with the Salatin family, staff and interns near Swoope, Virginia. Bring your cooler and redeem your $10 certificate at the on-farm store (a special opportunity since Polyface does not ship food products).
