Last Chance for Donor Gifts

Amazing Gift Offers End Tomorrow!

You work hard for your money.
We will work hard with your money.

Today and tomorrow are the last day to donate to the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense during the 2012 Annual Appeal.

We offer amazing gifts to those who donate over $100....and every donation counts.

Why?

Because we are one of the handful of organizations standing between small farmers/artisan food producers and their demise by overregulation.

We hear that echoed cry in our own times -
"He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people, and eat out their substance"  - Declaration of Independence
Our attorneys are hard at work, in the court and out of court, saving food from the grasps of power-greedy government over-regulation.

It's a long haul, the odds aren't in our favor, they've got home court advantage, it's expensive as all get out, and while the outcome is uncertain.....

We are In it to Win It!

We will not let our small farmers, artisan food producers...or you, the consumer, down.

Together, We Take a Stand Against:

Ignorance, Corruption, Raw Milk Hatred, Greed, Power-Grabbing, Back-Stabbing, BigPocketed, BigAg Supported, Let's Regulate-The-Small-Farm-Competition-Out-of Existence-So-That-The-Only-Food-Option-is-CAFO-GMO-Toxic-Irradiated-Pasteurized-Homogenized-"Safe" Food

Together, We Will Not Stand for

Regulations that tie our farmers' and artisans' hands.
Fines that tax their income and put their livelihoods at risk.
Roadblocks to direct distribution that tax their spirits.

Their plan is to wear our farmers/artisans down, trample their spirit, regulate them into compliance, make extreme examples of a couple, and depend upon consumer apathy and life's distractions to finish them off one by one.

But, our farmers/artisans aren't wimps (it takes alot of courage to provide food to your neighbors these days).

Root for the good guys!
Fill the Fund, so we can fight the good fight!
Here's a sampling of your donations at work:

It took three years but the Fund's legal team never backed down. One farmer alone couldn't have handled all that stress and cost.

FDA continues to try to grind this small artisan farm into submission.

We're providing financial support to Mark Baker's legal team in this precedent setting case.

Our attorneys advise members of their rights and give them the courage to stand their ground. We could have salvaged the dinner, if she had called us on the 24/7 hotline at the first sign of trouble. We can help best when we're called in early.

Thanks for digging in, and digging deep with your financial support.

These farmers value the work of the FTCLDF since members and donors like you paid and continue to pay attorney fees and court costs for farmers in need. Together, we are shouldering the burden.
