Support Vernon Hershberger Rally & Hearing on Wednesday, July 11

Wisconsin dairy farmer Vernon Hershberger has a hearing scheduled at the Sauk County Courthouse for Wednesday at 2:30 pm on July 11. Judge Guy Reynolds will be conducting a hearing on motions that Vernon and the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) have filed with the court.
Vernon has been charged with four misdemeanor counts for violations of the Wisconsin Food and Dairy Code. The trial on the merits of the case is scheduled for September 25th.
Before the hearing, there will be a rally at 1:30pm in support of Vernon outside the courthouse.

A Food Freedom Rally will be held in support of Vernon Hershberger, who faces criminal charges and possible imprisonment for providing raw dairy to his community via a private herd lease agreement with the Grazin' Acres Farm Food Club.
GCN Live radio talk show host Josh Tolley will be the M.C. and keynote speaker at the Food Freedom Rally at 1:30pm. Arrive at 1pm with signs and banners at the Sauk County Courthouse in Baraboo.
Please support Vernon and food freedom in Wisconsin by attending the rally. Show Judge Reynolds and the Sauk County District Attorney's office the opposition to this unjust action against Vernon.
