Thursday, November 7 | 6 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

After a scrumptious reception and three-course meal, Pete Kennedy, Esq., FTCLDF President, announced the winner of the 2013 Never a Doormat Award, who was a very surprised Vernon Hershberger for his courage in taking a stand against the Wisconsin Department of Agricultural Trade and Consumer Protection.

Then Joel
Salatin and Joe Mercola took to the stage in The GMO Debate of the Decade, as the debate got heated over the resolution, "The Federal government should mandate labeling of GMOs on food".

Right after the debate, young and old alike danced the night away to activist Caroline Barringer and her seven-piece New York band, Remixx.

David Gumpert, moderator of The GMO Debate of the Decade and blogger at The Complete Patient, and Kristin Canty, filmmaker of Farmageddon, signed books and DVDs during Friday's breakfast.
