 Dinner Festivities
Here's what's in store for you:
  • Reception featuring artisan crackers, aged raw milk cheeses, kombucha bar and cash bar;
  • Delicious, nutrient-dense, three-course meal featuring Baker's Green Acres Mangalitsa pork (in Michigan aka, "feral pork") appetizer, US Wellness Meats grass-fed beef atop herbed polenta, and dessert--everyone's favorite, apple cobbler and vanilla ice  cream  (gluten-free and casein-free options are available);
  • Remarks by Sally Fallon Morell, Weston A. Price Foundation President and author of Nourishing Traditions cookbook, and Pete Kennedy, Esq., Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund President;
  • Keynote address by Mark Baker of Baker's Green Acres, FTCLDF member and the farmer in the forefront of the fight to save Michigan farmers' right to raise heritage breed pigs; 
  • Lively, foot stomping fiddle, guitar and banjo band to round out the evening with dancing and fun!
