You may not know it, but your right to access fresh, healthy foods is under attack.
The new documentary Farmageddon: The Unseen War on American Family Farms tells the story of how small family farms and private food buying clubs that provide safe, healthy foods to their communities are being forced to shut down, through harsh, sometimes extreme, actions of the FDA and state and local agencies. The film explores why these extreme actions are taking place across the country, unbeknownst to most Americans.

"Farmageddon is a powerful film documenting the U.S. government's constant attacks on innocent farmers and consumers in an attempt to protect massive corporate interests. When the government controls the food you eat and the healthcare you receive, sickness is pervasive - this is exactly what has happened in the U.S."
- Dr. Joseph Mercola, Founder mercola.com
Americans' right to access fresh, healthy foods of their choice is under attack.
Farmageddon tells the story of small, family farms that were providing safe, healthy foods to their communities and were forced to stop, sometimes through violent action, by agents of misguided government bureaucracies, and seeks to figure out why.

FTCLDF levels the playing field, making it more difficult for the government to win wars of attrition that drag farmers through a series of administrative and judicial hearings; membership in the Fund enables them to spend their resources on farming instead of lawyers.
In addition to litigation and beyond day-to-day member services, the Fund's work includes advising on state and federal legislation (see HR 1830 petition), as well as working on matters at the administrative level before federal and state agencies.
Emergency member services are available 24/7 through a hotline answering service. This benefit has been a legal lifeline to farmers, buying clubs and even for consumers facing government enforcement action.
Read a sampling of Fund testimonials and you can see why consumers are stepping up to support and defend farmers.
Donations to the Fund are not tax-deductible.
