The FundRAISER Dinner kicks off the 13th Annual International Wise Traditions Conference in Santa Clara, California on the eve of Thursday, November 8, and is open to the public.

Reception from 6:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m

Here's what's in store for you at the reception:

• ExSEEDingly Good Crackers with Pure Indian Foods Grassfed Organic Ghee from long time conference food donor, JoshEWEa's Garden

Dinner beginning at 7:00 p.m.  

Dinner consists of a delicious, nutrient-dense, three-course meal starting off with "feral" pork:   

• Honey-glazed Baker's Green Acres Mangalitsa (in Michigan aka, "feral pork") pork belly with grilled pineapple
• Entrée featuring slow-cooked US Wellness Meats grass-fed beef short rib bolognese served over herbed polenta made with Bob's Red Mill Organic Corn Grits and Baker's Green Acres Mangalitsa pork lard
• Roasted seasonal vegetables
• Warm apple crisp with Bob's Red Mill Coconut and Almond Flours with your choice of vanilla ice cream or Daisy Brand Cultured Sour Cream (for our GAPS guests) served on the side
• Starwest Botanicals Hibiscus Heaven Organic Iced Tea 
• Hot herbal teas with Really Raw Honey on the side

The program will include remarks by:

• Sally Fallon Morell, President of the Weston A. Price Foundation and author of the Nourishing Traditions cookbook,  
• Pete Kennedy, Esq., Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund President and   
• Keynote Address speaker, Mark Baker of Baker's Green Acres, FTCLDF member and the farmer in the forefront of the fight to save Michigan farmers' right to raise heritage breed pigs.

Hadassah Gospel Hour, a lively, old-time music, foot stomping fiddle, guitar and banjo band will round out the evening with dancing and fun!
