On Friday night, join other food freedom supporters for a street fair with live music and vendors in historic downtown Staunton!
We'll have Polyface Farms grilled grass-fed beef hamburgers, cheeseburgers and hot dogs for sale along with other goodies. There will be a short program, so the city of Staunton can honor hometown hero, Joel Salatin of Polyface Farms and his tireless effort to restore and preserve food freedom.
The Local Food Street Fair is FREE and open to the public. Note: Food Freedom Fest conference attendees receive a free dinner at the street fair as part of their registration fee. Dinner includes: - Polyface Farm Grilled Grass-Fed Beef Hamburger or Polyface Hot Dog with Local Mountain View Farm Cheddar Cheese on Bun or Shredded Lettuce (Gluten-Free/Paleo Friendly)
